- We only process data you send us or data needed to deliver your booking.
- No ad cookies, no sale of data, no AI training on your recordings.
- Session files are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.

1. Controller
Namdazivo B.V. («we», «Namdazivo»), a private limited company (B.V.), registered office at Van Hallstraat 74, 1051 HH Amsterdam, the Netherlands, trade register (KvK) 80941921, VAT NL858560513B01, is the controller for personal data processed through namdazivo.click and in our dealings with visitors and clients.
Managing director: Maarten de Vries. Privacy contact: [email protected] or 020 228 7654. We have not appointed a data protection officer; for our scale that is not required under the GDPR.

2. Scope
This policy covers visitors to namdazivo.click, people who use contact, and clients who book Vocal recording, Band recording, Mixing, Mastering or Podcast recording at our Amsterdam studio.
If you bring guests, musicians or hosts as a business, you are usually the controller for their data. We then act as processor on your instructions; see our data processing agreement. Podcast teams may also read podcast consent and rights.
3. Data we process
Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), service, preferred date (optional) and message. Required fields are needed to answer you.
Quote, booking and delivery: billing details, artist or band name, project information, email or phone correspondence, bank references. Card payments at the studio go through our bank terminal; we do not store card numbers.
Recordings: voice and performance are personal data when you are identifiable. We use them only to deliver the service. If you film the session yourself, you remain responsible for footage of others.
Technical data: host TransIP B.V. keeps server logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for security. Your cookie choice is stored locally and contains no identifying information.
We do not collect special-category data such as health files. When illness prevents you from attending, tell us you cannot make the slot; we do not ask for a doctor's note.

Your details are never sold or licensed to list brokers. We run no mailing lists and no cold outreach. Any future use outside this table would need a fresh legal basis or your opt-in.

5. Voice, image, age and artificial intelligence
Your voice and, where relevant, likeness fall under privacy and publicity rules. Excerpts, behind-the-scenes shots and name checks on namdazivo.click or social channels happen only with written approval from you.
Client audio is off limits for machine-learning datasets, model tuning or synthetic voice doubles unless the individual signs a separate release.
Sessions for people under 16 are booked by a legal guardian who supplies the necessary information. The site is not aimed at children; the form is for adults or on their behalf.
6. Recipients
Only Namdazivo colleagues with a concrete need for their task may access your data — the crew working in our 3 rooms near Westerpark. Recipients are limited to:
- TransIP B.V. (Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, the Netherlands), for hosting namdazivo.click and mailboxes, typically in the Netherlands;
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which relays the contact form to [email protected];
- our external bookkeeper, under a duty of confidentiality, for invoice lines only;
- our payment provider, for bank transfers and in-studio card terminals;
- public bodies when statute obliges us to cooperate.
Each supplier that processes on our behalf signs Article 28 GDPR processing terms.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Hosting for namdazivo.click is primarily in the Netherlands or the EEA. FormSubmit is operated from the United States: when you use the contact form, content and metadata may pass through that service.
That transfer is necessary for pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). FormSubmit processes as processor; we limit fields to what your enquiry needs and use contractual safeguards.

8. Security
We apply appropriate measures: HTTPS on namdazivo.click, team-only access with individual accounts and strong passwords, encrypted disks where feasible, locked premises outside sessions, and deletion of working files after the 12-month archive period.
If a breach is likely to affect your rights, we notify the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens within 72 hours and inform you directly when risk is high. No online transfer is completely risk-free; once received, we protect data under our procedures.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights including:
- access and information (Art. 15);
- rectification (Art. 16);
- erasure when data is no longer needed (Art. 17);
- restriction in the cases provided (Art. 18);
- portability for data you provided (Art. 20);
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
- withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing (Art. 7(3)).
Send requests to [email protected] or by post to Namdazivo B.V., Van Hallstraat 74, 1051 HH Amsterdam. We reply within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests with explanation. Exercising rights is free; we may ask for identity proof if reasonably in doubt.
You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. We prefer to resolve issues first via contact.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
namdazivo.click uses no cookies for analytics, advertising or social media. Only your choice for optional categories is stored in localStorage as nmdz_consent_v1 for 182 days. Our banner offers equally weighted «Accept all», «Reject all» and «Customise».

12. Status and changes
