1. Informational purpose
Pages about our recording studio in Amsterdam — including home, about, services, guides and individual service pages — explain workflow, rooms (3 spaces, live room about 45 m²) and guide prices such as €95 for Vocal recording. They are not a binding offer.
Date, scope, turnaround and price are set only in a written quote you accept under our terms and conditions. If website text and a quote conflict, the quote prevails.
2. No remote professional advice
Articles such as prepare your voice, band budget, mix file formats and podcast consent are practical tips, not legal, medical or tax advice. For sample clearance, label contracts or musician agreements, consult a specialist.
Health and voice: if you feel unwell, stop singing and seek medical help; our coaches do not provide diagnoses.
3. Outcomes and subjective quality
Recording, mixing and mastering combine creative and technical work. Outcomes depend on performance, arrangement, source material, references and your feedback within 2 revision rounds. Two engineers or listeners may legitimately disagree on balance or loudness.
We work to common streaming and download standards, but platforms change normalisation; we do not guarantee playlist placement, specific stream counts or sync deals. Commercial results remain your responsibility.
4. Technology, files and security
We maintain the studio and backups carefully, but no storage is risk-free. We keep working files for 12 months; after that we delete them from our servers unless extended (see article 10). Keep your own copies.
Online delivery via links uses encrypted connections where possible; share links only with trusted parties. Damage from corrupt files you supply is outside our control; we report issues as soon as we find them.
5. External links and tools
The site may link to maps, public registers or providers such as TransIP for hosting. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy. The contact form uses FormSubmit; see the legal notice for the transfer.
References to software, plug-ins or streaming services are examples, not mandatory choices or sponsorship.
6. Liability for use of the site
Where permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect damage, lost profit or missed opportunities from using this website or relying on published guide prices without a quote.
Liability for performed studio services is set in article 13 of the terms and conditions, not by this disclaimer alone. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
