Accessibility statement

Last updated : 15 October 2026

This English text is for convenience. The Dutch version is legally authoritative. Toegankelijkheidsverklaring

In short

  • We aim for WCAG 2.1 level AA on namdazivo.click where practicable.
  • Skip link, semantic headings and visible focus styles are built in.
  • Some decorative images are AI-generated; alt text describes the scene.
  • Report issues via contact — we usually reply within 2 business days.

1. Scope

This statement covers the public website namdazivo.click of Namdazivo B.V., a recording studio in Amsterdam (Van Hallstraat 74, 1051 HH). It describes digital access to services, guides, FAQ and contact.

Physical access to the studio and our rooms, and routes described under From Amsterdam Westerpark station it is about a five-minute walk via Van Hallstraat. Tram 13 stops at De Wittenstraat, roughly four minutes on foot from there. On-street parking is limited; bike racks are right outside the entrance., are outside this statement; email [email protected] for on-site needs.

2. Legal context

We follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA where reasonable for a small commercial site. Dutch and EU rules on digital accessibility apply to certain services; we align the site where we can.

This statement is not a certificate or badge; it is an honest account of effort and known gaps.

3. Measures on the site

On namdazivo.click we provide among other things:

  • a skip link to main content;
  • logical heading structure and landmarks (header, main, footer);
  • text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • sufficient colour contrast for text and buttons toward WCAG AA;
  • visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation;
  • form labels linked to fields on contact;
  • language attributes per page (Dutch and English).

Cookie preferences: , explained in cookie policy.

4. Known limitations

We keep improving. Current limitations include:

  • decorative hero images may have minimal alt text when purely atmospheric;
  • the map link on contact opens a third-party service with its own accessibility;
  • we do not currently offer PDF downloads; if that changes, we will provide accessible formats where possible;
  • we do not host captioned video on namdazivo.click.

The site is not a live mixing web app; professional clients receive files through agreed channels off-site.

5. Testing and planning

We periodically check keyboard use, 200 % zoom and contrast in common browsers. We have not commissioned a formal external audit; internal checks run when content or layout changes significantly.

Planned improvements: clearer form error messages and heading-order checks on new pages. Statement date: 15 October 2026.

6. Feedback and enforcement

If you hit an accessibility barrier on namdazivo.click, email [email protected] or use contact. Describe the page, browser/device and what fails; we usually respond within 2 business days.

If we cannot resolve it together, you may contact the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets or, for disability discrimination, the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights. Personal data in your report is handled under our privacy policy.
