Session day
How long to track one song?
Vocals for a single: often two to four hours including setup. A band may lay basic tracks for several songs in one day if arrangement and tempo are ready. We estimate hours in the quote.
Can I bring guests?
One or two people in the control room is normal. More visitors need prior agreement — safety and sound in the live room come first.
Do you supply instruments?
We provide mics, DIs, headphones and monitoring. Bring guitars, bass and drums unless agreed otherwise. Drum kit on request — mention it in your message.
What if we want to run longer?
Extra hours only at your request and if the next block allows. We bill at the booked service rate from Services.
Is a coach available?
Yes, for vocals and podcasts. Coach rate: €140 per hour incl. VAT. Book via vocal recording or podcast recording and note it in your message.
Files and delivery
What file format do I get?
Default 24-bit WAV at 48 kHz, or your session sample rate. Mix and master deliver as WAV; mp3 only on request for reference.
How do I receive files?
Secure download link or to your cloud drive if you grant access. Large band sessions may split across zip parts; we notify when everything is ready.
How long do you keep projects?
12 months after the last session or delivery. Then we delete archives on our servers. Keep your own backups — see mixing file formats.
How many mix revisions are included?
2 revision rounds are included with mixing packages. Extra rounds or stem reviews: €85 per hour incl. VAT, agreed upfront.
Can I take raw takes on my own drive?
Yes if you bring a drive and time allows after the session. We do not copy files to unknown accounts without your written OK.
Rights and privacy
Who owns the recordings?
After full payment we deliver working files for your project. Performers keep their statutory rights; you handle releases and credits. Details in terms.
May I post clips on social media?
Short teasers are usually fine if everyone featured agrees. For podcasts and guests, read podcast consent and document verbal OK.
Do you use our audio to train AI?
No. We do not train models on client material and do not create voice clones without explicit written consent from the person concerned.
